Patch to update port to 20211012.

This release *is* visible on pypi, but not on github, strangely enough. It
struck me when I installed the package on a ms-windows machine via pip.

So:

* Changed MASTER_SITES to ${CHEESESHOP}
* Removed dependency on sortedcontainers (not in setup.py)
* Updated pkg-descr from the README.
* Added post-extract and patched setup.py to remove the .py
  extensions from installed scripts.

Installed and tested pdf2txt on FreeBSD 13-STABLE amd64.
