Testcase: devel/eql5

It breaks when do-configure from Mk/Uses/qmake.mk is used because qmake doesn't
support double-hyphens.

Qt feature request: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-100811

It should be re-added when this feature is available in qmake. Currently -- is
meaningless there.
