29.4.3 + GCC/libc++ 13 compilation problem workaround
After an upgrade to get clang/libc++ 13, and a couple of hours of
investigation, I'm convinced this is a bug, probably in libc++ rather than GCC.
This is going to require more investigations (bugs to open, discussions, etc.).
Fortunately, in the meantime, I found a workaround (which, according to GCC's
documentation, should not work...) as an additional patch included in the port
(adding an 'inline' before an explicit template instantiation, for those
interested).
So please test and report. Thanks.
