Ok, In short it's to solve the problem that the current ports mirror site
doesn't mirror all the ports files that need to be downloaded. Most of these
ports point to addresses that are difficult for us to reach, even when using a
VPN as a proxy for us.


By pkg mirrors I mean pkg binary packages and nothing else.
