As you can see in Mk/bsd.licenses.db.mk, this is how they get around the plus
sign :)

CMakeLists.txt requires C++14, since there is no gcc-c++14-*.
It is so because I might revert to gcc-c++11-lib, but I don't have an
environment where I can check for that.
