dmesg

Similar to bug #260508. Existing bug refers to lock state, new bug is not
referencing lock state but still yields the same error.

This is a dual NIC PCI-E card in which the first NIC bge0 loads and functions
in FreeBSD but the second NIC bge1 fails with the error indicated on the
attachment. It is a functional and works as tested on various other operating
systems.

Steps Taken:
- Run latest 13.1 FreeBSD release on fresh install
- Confirm that BCM5720 NIC works on 1:1 setup with Windows Server 2019, Ubuntu
22.04, CentOS 2009 (it works 100%).
- Update NIC firmware
- Load the driver as a module as suggested, set msi=0,

Device is listed as compatible:
