[Bug 268111] New ports: textproc/opensearch23 and textproc/opensearch24

I see, it have more sense right now, but I fear it can break somethings in
dependant ports, For example I maintain wazuh and it is compatible with 2.2.1
and they will use 2.3.0 (opensearch and opensearch-dashboards) soon. I see in
theory 2.x updates will not break anything. Maybe the best is update opensearch
to latest version and add only previous versions when it is neccesary. what do
you think?
