I am seeing this exact same behavior on FreeBSD 13.1-RELEASE-p3. At first, I
thought it might be an issue on the database server side and I was just
receiving a bad DB. I have since tried too many times to pull a new DB so I am
locked out (cool-down) of database.clamav.net. ClamAV hasn't worked for me for
two days now. Not sure what to make of this. It's difficult to troubleshoot
when I can't pull down the database(s).
