To the Makefile, add:

LICENSE=        GPL2
LICENSE_FILE=   ${WRKSRC}/COPYING

The license file is usually "COPYING" or "LICENSE", in this case, from looking
at the src or work directory, it's COPYING.

Post your working Makefile as an attachment also.
