The castxml port names LLVM 7, 8, 9 .. but not any of the newer ones. Upstream
documents supporting up to LLVM 13. Using `LLVM_${LLVM_DEFAULT}` in the options
section blocks updating LLVM_DEFAULT to anything newer than 90.
