As it appears we want users to move to the non-devel version of the port:

"Removed outdated -devel port, use production release
graphics/p5-Image-ExifTool instead"

Please update MOVED entry adding in a 'target' port to provide ports tools with
the automatic ability to switch the port:

-devel port, use graphics/p5-Image-ExifTool instead

We also want to give users wherever possible on port removal, so could you
please add a separate patch (in this issue), adding DEPRECATED reason and
EXPIRATION_DATE, such that it can be committer and merged to quarterly before
the removal
