net/gemserv: update to 0.6.6

While at it, use Makefile.crates as in other rust ports and fix a couple
complains from portlint -A

Note that a previous patch needed for powerpc is not necessary due to a newer
version of the libc crate being used. I checked that indeed the changes are
incorporated, but am unable to test against that arch.
