There was a build error with the mono port, and since sonarr depends on it, it
was skipped.
The error has been fixed, the next bulk build will result in sonarr being
available again.

The /quarterly repo has sonarr, and it's only 1 version behind upstream. Can
you use that in the mean time until the latest repo has sonarr again? (which
will be the latest version)
