deskutils/remind: update to 04.00.02

Upstream changes:

 - Allow more forms of OMIT
 - Make $T behave as documented, exactly like trigdate().
 - TkRemind: Fix resizing bug for a calendar with 6 rows.
 - Improve TkRemind documentation

Tested with Poudriere on armv7 arm64 FreeBSD 13.1.
