Hi,

From the error message you post it looks like the problem is actually in
apsw.cpython-38.so, which tries to use an undefined symbol.

Calibre works fine here, so I suspect you have something going on locally.

First thing to try is to reinstall (or recompile if you're using locally build
ports) databases/py-apsw, and maybe also sqlite3.

BTW do you happen to have any custom option configured on the sqlite3 port?

I'm CCing sunpoet who maintains the databases/py-apsw port in case he has some
suggestions.
