git diff for graphics/synfig

An update to devel/etl caused this port to stop
building as reported by pkg-fallout@.
So I updated this port as well as
graphics/synfigstudio
The git diff attached to this pr fixes the build
on graphics/synfig && upfates this port to 1.4.2.

Tested against:
make -DBATCH (check-plist | stage-qa | check-sanity) && portlint
All returned OK
