Swap pcregrep in to replace gnugrep

The issue solved by:

can instead be solved by depending on pcregrep rather than gnugrep.  I would
prefer this solution because pcregrep is already required by other programs and
doesn't override any base programs, whereas gnugrep replaces with the base BSD
grep.
