At this time www/gitlab-ce can be installed only with manual help, because it's
lacking the following dependencies:

devel/yajl
devel/rubygem-libyajl2
devel/rubygem-ffi-compiler


which need to be installed manually, because subsequent dependent rybugems fail
to install from ports (didn't really check if it's them who lack the
dependencies).
