gnumeric fails to build in poudriere due to the following:

The attached patch adds the missing harfbuzz library dependency and fixes the
pkg-plist issues.

poudriere testport (12.2-Release-p10 amd64 jail) succeeds with these changes.
The port now also installs without problems if compiled locally.
