The patch

The Merkaartor development team has released a new version of Merkaartor:
0.19.0

https://github.com/openstreetmap/merkaartor/releases/tag/0.19.0

I've updated the port which basically meant updating the version in Makefile,
removing all patches and refreshing pkg_plist.

Poudriere runs for 12.2 and 13.0 completed successfully:

I have also successfully tested the 12.2 pkg on my own FreeBSD desktop-VM,
which means downloading data, changing data, uploading those changes. Caveat
here is that I no longer use FreeBSD as my actual desktop or Merkaartor for
OSM-stuff.
