Hi, thanks for the PR.

The hockeypuck project re-arranged the whole code layout, and the port needs to
be re-done.
I'm currently not running hockeypuck (or any pgp keyserver for that matter) so
it's not that high on my todo list.
If someone wants to take it, feel free.
If not, I'll have a look at it in a couple of weeks.
