lang/mecrisp-stellaris: update to 2.6.1

Update the port to 2.6.1.

Tested with Poudriere on armv7 arm64 FreeBSD 13.  Armv6 hardware is in the
mail, but it's probably fine.

Do not MFH as this update has significant changes to the FreeBSD support code.
