Port won't work with DOCS=on because of:

PORTDOCS=       CHANGELOG INSTALL README.md UPGRADING

File in archive is called CHANGELOG.md, poudriere output is:

install  -m 0644
/wrkdirs/usr/ports/mail/roundcube/work-php74/roundcubemail-1.5.0/CHANGELOG
/wrkdirs/usr/ports/mail/roundcube/work-php74/stage/usr/local/share/doc/roundcube/

such file or directory
