Add the 429-patch

The upstream code has moved from bitbucket.org to github.com, but the only
change implemented there (at the time of this typing) is the solving of the 429
HTTP-status problem.

Thus, it may not be worthwhile changing the whole distfile -- just adding the
new patch will do.
