Delaying the start of the dhcpcd daemon might also just work then. Start it
after the lo0 interface has been initialized with ::1 and 127.0.0.1. Might use
a keyword in the #REQUIRED section in the init script which seems a lot less
hacky to me. Surely something changed in either FreeBSD or dhcpcd because I did
not have this issue before.
