such file or directory

OPTIONS: BE_AMDGPU=off, BE_STANDARD=off, BE_NATIVE=on, FLANG=off.

Blind patch (I did not look how to properly guard
libLLVMMCACustomBehaviourAMDGPU.a) is attached.
