Unified patch: wordsearch - Removed Github vars, adopted MASTER_SITES

Per Nuno: Remove Github user variables and adopt MASTER_SITES for direct
download of a release version from Github. Used py-pychess as working example.
Changed option ordering and portlint is clean.
