not exist actually 

I´ve seen #257366 (which was closed) but can not agree, the pkg port is oficial
part of the ports tree and there is no warning about that it shouldn't be used,
when so, it shouldn't be there and it shouldn't be asked by other ports
updating it, and still, the URL shouldn't be hardcoded
BTW I guess it just renaming the existing .txz which shouldn't be a big deal
