if building without FIDO, the package list seems to still look for a missing
module:

pkg-static: Unable to access file
/wrkdirs/usr/ports/databases/mysql80-client/work/stage/usr/local/lib/mysql/plugin/authentication_oci_client.so:No
such file or directory

When enabling FIDO, the port builds fine. My guess is that the line should
maybe be conditional based on the choice of options.
