Patch to 0.10.3

Hello,

sysutils/nvimpager-0.10.2 is not working correctly with editors/neovim-0.5.1,
upstream nvimpager has a resolved issue
(https://github.com/lucc/nvimpager/issues/55) documenting this.
nvimpager-0.10.3 includes a fix for this issue.

nvimpager-0.10.3 release changes:

* Add flake.nix for development
* Fix man page handling on neovim >= 0.5.1 [Issue 55 linked above]
* Add uninstall target to the makefile
* Install auxiliary files without execute permissions
