editors/wily patch to add port

Wily is a mouse-oriented, text-based working environment for programmers. It
lets you interact with your files, directories and other programs through mouse
and keyboard operations on plain text.

It is based on Acme, the mouse-centric editing environment for the Plan 9
operating system.

Very low on dependencies (C, X11, Xt)
