phplist poudriere log

I don't know why, but there is change of archive file of mail/phplist. It was
repacked by developers and now tarball hase new size and checksum.

So I've made a patch which updates distinfo file. I'm not sure but I've bumped
portrevision.

I've tested this change with my poudriere - there is no errors. And logfile
from testport is attache also.
