Updated port diff

Diff for upgrading sqldeveloper to latest version. Oracle no longer provides
download for the version in ports, thus - without update, this port is BROKEN
since February 2021.
I'm willing to take over this port, if current maintainer is not willing to
keep it updated anymore.
