I've given this some thought and decided LANG will stick with the original user
unless the -S flag is specified. I work on some servers with people who have
different languages/locales than I do and both myself (or they) would be
completely lost if "doas <command>" or "doas -s" resulted in switching to the
other user's language. For people who really want to switch languages they can
either login to that user account (via desktop switching, su -, or doas -S).
Nothing prevents them from still forcing a language switch if they really need
it.
