Update bazarr from 0.9.5 to 0.9.6.

Biggest changes:
- Uses signalr feeds to get updates in realtime about new/updated/deleted
movies and series/episodes
- Frontend rewrite
- Updates of bundled dependencies for better handling of non-ISO languages
(pt-BR etc)
- Updates of bundled dependencies to account for updates in subtitle providers
