Enable aarch64 in net/asterisk*/Makefile

I built asterisk18, asterisk16 and asterisk13 on aarch64 with the proposed
patch.

The resulting pkg works as tested in a minimal environment (two SIP numbers can
place a call between each other, echo works, db connects).

For review/commit.
