Patch

The patch updates the port to v3.2.4.

Due to changes in the kde ports it is now necessary to explicitly depend on
testlib.

I also removed some unused CMAKE_ARGS, they are not required/supported anymore.


NOTE:

This new version also allows compiling without webengine, but does not provide
a switch, it autodetects it, so to warrant consistent packaging I left the
dependency in unconditionally. Maybe an option should be created around this.
