graphics/povray*: claim maintainership, update to v3.7.0.10

This patch does the following:

- graphics/povray-meta: claim maintainership, set default version to version
3.7. POV-Ray 3.7.0 has been released in November 2013 and is the current
official version for all platforms.

- graphics/povray36: claim maintainership

-graphics/povray37: claim maintainership, clean up the Makefile, update to
version 3.7.0.10 (https://github.com/POV-Ray/povray/releases/tag/v3.7.0.10).
poudriere testport with a 12.2-Release amd64 jail runs without issues.
