Both CVS and Perforce are used by fraction of users, of those a fraction
requires the git-to-X bridge. The majority of users don't need those options.
Please consider to remove them from OPTIONS_DEFAULT. SUBVERSION isn't either in
OPTIONS_DEFAULT.
