Don't know which one will probably take time next week to bisect.
How to reproduce :
- On Sway (maybe other compositor)
- Start emacs (with or without config doesn't matter)
- Mouse works (you can click and scroll)
- Either resize the window or move it
- Mouse doesn't work anymore
