Update portconfig to 0.2

New features:
 - Shortcut keys
 - env D4PMINHEIGHT

Now portconfig provides the same features of dialog4ports.

Port update:
 - delete files/patch-portconfig.c (fixed in mainstream).
 - update PORTVERSION and GL_COMMIT.
