The pyserial distribution includes a handy tcp/serial port bridge script called
tcp_serial_redirect.py. The patch adds an EXAMPLES option to install this
(along with other pyserial example scripts).

(Another approach would be to add a TCP_SERIAL_REDIRECT option and install just
that script in $PREFIX/bin which would be even nicer.)
