Hello net/pimd maintainers,

This summer i worked on net/pimd on FreeBSD 11.3 and find a pretty nasty bug
related to interaction with the multicast routing socket. I produced a fix
which was upstream to pimd's github.

The patch is available here: https://github.com/troglobit/pimd/pull/191
The issue is there: https://github.com/troglobit/pimd/issues/152 with some
explanation about the issue.

The patch can also be used on pimd 2.3.2 as this version as the same issue. I
tested it and it work fine and fixes the reported issue.

Feel free to integrate the patch in net/pimd.

You can mention that this patch is "Sponsored by Stormshield" as it was done
during my working time.

Thanks in advance,
Damien for Stormshield
