Upgrade to 14.2.22, git-diff

Upgrade Ceph14/Nautilus to the latest version.
While there:
  Fixed a few compilation errors so gcc is no longer required.
  Developemnt takes place with Clang, so gcc should not be needed.
  Added a few more required modules
  Update the way of installing the dashboard
