The current miniupnpd claims the SSDP port for listening, which is rather
annoying for a one-to-many multicast since no other programs can then subscribe
to it.

I've submitted the fix in
https://github.com/miniupnp/miniupnp/commit/1713f4b9b4813e725ea7e27d89365b2b6ff21eb3
to the upstream repo and was wondering if the resulting 2.2.2 version is
something to also include in the port? (would certainly save me some hassle)
