multimedia/py-mat2: update to 0.12.2

Tested with Poudriere on arm64 FreeBSD 13.

Changes:

 - Add support for aiff files
 - Improve MS Office support
 - Improve compatibility with newer/older version of mat2's dependencies
 - Fix possible issues with the resolution of processed pdf
