Build number is not in semver format

mattermost.log file shows:

{"level":"warn","ts":1629900392.6209457,"caller":"app/product_notices.go:108","msg":"Build
number is not in semver format","build_number":""}

on the webapp version is ‘ci’.

This little change solve it here.
