Patch to update deskutils/elementary-calendar

- Update to 6.0.0
- Adjust dependencies
- Add one patch, in order to replace org.freedesktop.login1 service by 
org.freedesktop.ConsoleKit

Note: one feature is missing, we are not able to connect online accounts. It
requires switchboard-plug-onlineaccounts, switchboard (GNOME control center
like), and gala (window manager for the Elementary desktop). I'm working to
adapt this desktop to FreeBSD, but currently it is not yet ready.
