Correct UPDATING 20210801

The instructions for updating net/openldap24-sasl-client to
net/openldap24-client with portmaster (an likely portupgrade) is wrong.

portmaster -o net/openldap24-client openldap24-sasl-client
should be :
portmaster -o net/openldap24-client openldap-sasl-client

I believe a similar fix is needed for portupgrade. Attached trivial patch fixes
portmaster an, hopefully, portupgrade.
