No.  Do not do this.  The package set which is currently sitting at
   https://pkg.freebsd.org/FreeBSD:15:*/base_release_1/
is not the 15.1-BETA1 package set.  Do not use it and do not change
the keys you use to verify FreeBSD-base packages.
